This site keeps privacy simple: the only personal information we hold is what you type into the enquiry form, typically a name, contact details and a description of what you need locked out.

What happens to an enquiry

Form submissions are delivered to the people who respond to enquiries so they can get back to you. They aren't sold, traded or added to marketing lists.

What we don't collect

No advertising trackers and no advertising or social media analytics profiles. The call buttons carry one small side effect worth naming: a tap sends a single note to our own call system recording that a call began from this website at that moment, which helps the phone get answered promptly and tells us the site is doing its job. It includes no audio and no detail about you or your number; the receiving system momentarily sees your device's internet address, as with any web request, and does not store it. Standard server logs (page requested, rough region, browser type) exist briefly for keeping the site running and secure.
